Yes there is.

1) Uninstall all your manually installed codecs and mediaplayers. You’re not going to be needing them anymore.

2) Go to http://www.cccp-project.net and download the CCCP-pack.

3) Install it and when prompted (settings appear after the install), select MediaPlayer Classic – Home Cinema to be your default mediaplayer for all available formats.

4) Enjoy.

Because actual aspect ratio is 1.85 so it is letterbox.
They just remove that black border out.

This movie has some of the dialog in English and some of the dialog in Japanese, that’s just the way it was made. I don’t believe there is an option for just one language or the other.
