Latest utorrent should work. Older version had problems if nr of pieces was larger then x.

[(1920*1080)/(1280*720)]*6.5=14.625GB.

How many reference frames in the 1080p version? I would like to play it with my WD-TV, but most of THORA’s 1080p releases use too many ref frames for the hardware.

To play on WD-TV and also be DXVA compliant, the encoded video must respect this formula:

Height * Width * num_ref_frames <= 8294400

It would be great if THORA included a MediaInfo text report for all of their releases as well, so people like me know if it is compatible with their hardware players.

The devs of x264 arrived in presets for DXVA and hardware devices in general that can be found in:

but the rule is using level 4.1 to set the flag and using VBV sets to really change the way the video is coded like –vbv-bufsize 24000 –vbv-maxrate 24000 for PS3.

Also the noise reduction feature use the motion vectors found so its a light noise cleaning that can save bit if used moderately start at 100 and in 500 usually anime has artefacts.

I kept on getting an OPEN ERROR message at my Azureus and uTorrent for both 720p and 1080p torrent files.. I even tried re-downloading them and retrying but it still didn’t work.

anyone who knows what’s wrong? I’ve been downloading other torrents and they seem fine,
just this and the Rideback one doesn’t work.

@ seigeipoo: why would you want to transcode with mkv2vob? The styled subs won’t be available when you convert the file. Anyways, to answer your question, tick ‘always transcode dts’ and you will get your audio.

One thing that I would like to comment on something, though.

I’m just surprised that your Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children Complete release didn’t have karaoke subs at the ending theme. I just assumed that you’ll be doing the karaoke subs for all your future releases starting with the Fullmetal Alchemist movie.

But it’s alright. I think I prefer all your future releases without any karaoke subs whatsoever. It’s just useless for me.

why went i want to transfer this file to my external hard disk drive (1 TB), when i try to copy the thora file, the mesaage show cannot copy cuz the drive is full eventhough i have about 60gigs free space to put the thora file in it.

Make sure your external hdd is not in FAT32 file system. It needs to be in NTFS.

On the Way to a Smile: Episode Denzel 2009 has to many ref frames for DXVA 10 ref frames but the movie it self works in DXVA, 3 ref frames in that one.
